Jada Harvin, a young and upcoming artist, has created a hustle out of something she loves to do. As a child, she would always sketch drawings. In high school, her involvement in Student Government furthered her creativity. She once believed she could not apply her skills to her personal life but through self-confidence, she has made a name for herself! Jada would like for everyone to know about the importance of creativity. She says, “Everybody got a talent no matter how minuscule it may seem." Maryum Salim: A Fearless Entrepreneur

Maryum Salim, a young entrepreneur in her community, created and designed her own clothing line called, "NO FEAR CARTEL". Maryum has always had a passion and appreciation for all shapes and forms of art. She says, "Growing up I have always immersed myself in art and so it’s something that has allowed me to express myself". No Fear Cartel is a clothing line that not only enables her to express herself but inspire others to do the same. Maryum's goal is to spread positivity and the idea of love conquering all, no matter what that love is or what it is towards. Del'Kiya James: An Inspiration & Youth Advocate
"If you don't believe in yourself you will never realize what you can accomplish."
Del’kiya James, also known as “Dee”, is a young philanthropist and an agent of change who created her own non-profit like organization called Sister Society in her community. Sister Society ultimately brought back the importance of of SISTERHOOD, while also building character and emphasizing service in the lives of young women. Dee says, “I wanted to let girls know that we can still be one and depend on each other when times are tough.” Dee’s goal for Sister Society is to leave a mark on each person that is a member of the group. She believes that it is necessary to revitalize sisterhood especially in times where young women have no one to look up to or rely on. As Dee teaches young girls to be selfless, she is a reflection of an inspiring youth advocate in her community whose passion goes beyond measures. Dallas Johnson: Young, Black & Determined
"Time is the major difference between good and bad"
Following his high school graduation, Dallas Johnson entered the real estate industry in South Florida. Dallas became a licensed realtor months after graduation and has made a name for himself. Dallas entered real estate at such a young age with confidence in his social, marketing, and business skills he already developed. Among Johnson's various goals, he envisions himself helping his community grow and inspire others. Dallas says, "Training the youth in my community is a desire that burns inside me every day, and that fire is what keeps me going." The fact that Dallas is building his career portfolio at such a young age speaks volume to our youth, specifically to young black males in our community."All things possible with God, faith, and hard work." is Dallas’ motto! His tenacity is seen through his desire to become a successful black man in a world where the odds are sometimes against him. Dallas believes consistency and persistence is key to success, and he continues to learn that day by day.
